FAQs About Where We Serve
Is There a Delivery Fee
For our rental orders there is but not on our entertainment services. Our fee is based on your location and delivery / pick up charges apply to all rental orders. All delivery, processing fees, cleaning or set up fees that may be associated with your order will be listed on the detailed quote we send you prior to booking. Orders that require more complex delivery / pick up arrangements or special deliveries outside of our standard may be subject to additional charges.
Can You Travel for Multi Day Events?
Yes we are always open to travel for longer events! Please keep in mind that in such instances we may charge for lodging and meals for our staff.
Are Your Rates Different for Each State?
No. We offer standard transparent pricing for all our services which is detailed in our quotes so that you know exactly what you are getting. There might be additional delivery or travel charges for unique circumstances.
Are There States You Don’t Travel To?
Not possible! We would travel anywhere the party needed us! With our normal service area being mostly in the Northeast but have been known to go coast to coast with events in CA, TX, FL and outside the continental US. Call us with your location and we can make it an adventure!
